Chinese mid-term this afternoon....

i am still working on my shraings for ACM NA Tour 2005.

Another week ahead....

Going into the last week of October, time really fly by FAST!!!!
I got mid-term exams coming up this week, gotta study.

errr.......why? why? why? why does it have to rain AGAIN?! don't we have enough rain already??? i hate walking around campus in the rain, even if you have an umbrella you still get wet..plz stop already, i am begging you to stop raining.

Raining again~~

I was listening to the Christian station yesterday, heard something that's very good. A woman asked "What is it like being a Christian?". The DJ answered "Well, being a Chrsitian is like a pumkin, God pick you out from the pumkin patch, then He washes all the dirt off, and cut the top and take out all the yukky stuff. Then He will crave a new smile on you." I just think that this is very meaningful.

Another hurricane coming to Florida

There is another hurricane coming to Florida, let's pray that the damage will not be as bad as New Orleans. According to CNN "The storm is expected to strengthen further Tuesday, and Wilma should become a Category 3 storm in "the next day or two," according to a hurricane center advisory."

Finally No more rain!!!!

After almost 9 days of rain, we can see sunshine in NJ!!!! Eventhough it is still a little bit cold, it's ok, as long as no more rain. Anyways, i am watching the ACM EM DVD again, i just never get tired of listening to the songs and the message, they are so up-lifting!!!

If you guys are reading this, please do pray for my dad. He went to the doctor on Wednesday because he wasn't feeling good, the doctor said he has irregular heatbeat and he gave dad a whole week off from work. The we went to see the cardiologist on Friday, we are still waiting for the result of the Echo test he took. So please pray!! Thx

I hate rain~~

It had been raining for the past week....when is it going to stop???? A lot places are flooded, including my school, i went to class this morning but it was cancelled due to power outage in the building. So i had a class free morning, then went out to lunch with the family and Pastor Lam. Yummy food....

10/9/1005 Sunday

Yesterday was Tom & Michelle's wedding, had a wonderful. We had so much fun playing the "open door" games with the brothers. Each of the brothers had to drink a can of coke within 1 minute(they didn't know we put holes on the straws...hehe~~) Of course they didn't finish in time, so some of them had to dress up as a woman and pose for pictures. Then the groom had to write 9 sentences that are formed with 9 words, too bad he didn't finish in time. We had to punish him by putting mashmallows in his mouth while he was trying to say what he wrote. Since we were running out of time to play the games, we had to let the brothers into the house. And i almost forgot, the sisters collected US$300(~HK$2100) "open door lai si" so each of the sisters got $43..i will put up pictures later~~

EDITED**** Just got home with family from dinner @ Longhorn with Pastor Lam and family, so full...had a nice chat. He said that he was really glad that ACM came in September. I am now watching the DVD from both meetings as i am typing my blog.....ok gotta get back to watching, more later~~

Still waiting for reply from my interview...

just got back home from lunch with Debbie, we are both waiting for reply from our interviews...but she called me just two minutes ago and said that she just got her offer letter so now i am the only one who is still waiting. I called the office today and the person who interviewed me is on vacation and won't be back until next Tueday, that means i have to wait 4 more days>.<

There is a very imporatant news that i haven't get a chance to share with anyone yet so here it is: Both of my parents have commited fully to serve Christ last Sunday!! I am so happy, now the whole family are commited(except my little brother, i know his day will come). I thank God for giving me this WONDERFUL family!!!!!

Tomorrow is Saturday and it's Tom & Michelle's wedding, hope it's not going to rain....

First week of October...

7:30 am------>woke up kind of late today, so i rush to get ready to go to school, didn't even eat any breakfast. Started driving to school at 7:50am. Got to school in 10 minutes...

8:15am------>since i didn't eat anything this morning, i went to double D to get a cup of coffee, waited in line for 20 minutes(because there was only ONE person working at that time). finally got my coffee, then walk to Beck hall and go to class.

10:12am------>at computer lab(and still there typing this) waiting for my next class(accounting) to start at 12pm.

今天崇拜有很多領受...

教會每年十月都是宣道月,今年邀請了張寶華牧師來跟我們分享。我在今主日的信息<<恩惠的事奉>>中得到了不少領受。他用了哥林多後書8章1-7節來提出四點: 1) 在神的恩典中事奉會有滿足的喜樂, 2)奉獻是敬拜: 在奉獻中我們要顯出我們是敬拜神的。 3)要按能力在金錢上奉獻: 憑信心奉獻的神必祝福, 必會打開天上的倉庫。我們要作一個金錢上的好管家! 4) 要將自已獻上給神:羅馬書12:1,讓神引領我們前路。

Now i do pray that i will keep this four points in mind. I will be faithful on my monthly offering from now on, eventhough i don't really have much income, i still trust that if i give faithfully to the Lord, He will 開天上的倉庫祝福我!

今日是星期六---家庭日

剛剛同屋企人行完街、食完飯。我同媽咪都買左幾件衫, 行完街就去左食飯。每一次同屋企人一齊都好開心,亦很感謝天父給我有這樣好的family!!

剛從中文學校回家,今日有些學生唔係太聽話,所以今日教書要比較大聲,搞到依家都無聲啦!!不過班小朋友真是很可愛,我一定要比心機教。Later, 等老豆放工後就會出街買東西, can't wait!!
